Is this physiotherapy?

No. This is not a standard symptom-based approach. We use a deeper assessment process to understand the patterns and drivers behind your pain, movement issues or persistent symptoms.

What if scans have shown nothing?

That is common. Scans can be useful, but they do not always explain why your system keeps producing pain, tension, fatigue or restriction.

How quickly will I feel change?

Some people feel changes quickly, especially when the nervous system shifts. Deeper tissue, strength and resilience changes usually take longer and build over time.

What if I have already tried everything?

That usually means the symptom has been treated repeatedly, but the deeper pattern has not yet been identified clearly enough.
