If you are chasing PBs, returning from a injury, or simply want to move at your best, our neurology‑led approach removes the ceilings that hold you back. We assess how your body is protecting you, reset the faulty signals, and give you simple drills to build capacity. The result is cleaner movement, better strength expression, and confidence in your body.

Who This Is For?

How We Improve Performance

Our method starts with a precise assessment of the information your nervous system uses to control movement, strength, and balance. Where that information is faulty or misleading, your brain ‘protects’ you, reducing range or strength. We change the input, your brain eases the protection, and performance becomes available.

What We Assess

Session Flow

Test

Map nervous system inputs and re‑create the movement or lift that feels limited.

Reset

Apply precise receptor inputs to normalise over‑protective responses.

Re‑test

Immediately repeat the movement to confirm change, then normal movement will naturally integrate the change.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many sessions will I need?

Many athletes feel change in 1–3 sessions. Complex cases or long histories can take longer with steady progress.

No. You will get short, targeted drills that take seconds, chosen to build the capacity your assessment revealed. These are brain based exercises that most clients only need to perform within their first week of their journey… after that, everything done in clinic resolves the dysfunctions and exercises are usually not required to “help it stick”, that job has already been done. Your normal activities will naturally help the change integrate into your system.

No. Anyone who wants to feel and move better can benefit, from weekend warriors to busy parents regaining their edge.

Yes. The approach is non-invasive. If we encounter red flags, we will refer you to the appropriate clinician.
